Pricing Information

JTR Home inspections will perform a standard inspection, which includes a wood destroying insect (termite) inspection at no additional charge, to any existing residential single-family dwelling* for the amount of $295.00.

*A single family dwelling consists of the house and one attached or detached garage. Any additional structures on the property will be inspected on request at the amount of nine cents per square foot.

JTR Home Inspections requires the signing of a pre-inspection contract. Payment is due on receipt of inspection report, unless prior arrangements have been made.
